Question: As a future  teacher, how can you manage and prepare yourself for learners of Generation Z?

"Nemo Quod Non Habet"

The translation of above quotation is "You cannot give what you don't have." A teacher is vested with responsibilities and expectations and these things are necessary for a teacher to be effective in his/her role, especially in dealing the new breed of learners. A time for preparation is in utmost importance before going to the war.

As a future teacher, it is a great need for me to adjust and be with the learner's style in learning for the fact that students are the center of educative process. It has been stated in books particularly in the lense of Education for many times that teachers are facilitators and not the sole dispenser of knowledge and learning. Aside from adjusting and being along with their (students') line, the need for mastery to my chosen craft or even near to perfection would be very helpful to be an adept teacher and I believe it would make me feel that I'm complete and not just merely a dust of a stone. Though I'm not there, but I know, hopefully I will be there.
